We are working with an established residential property management company seeking an organised and personable Assistant Property Manager to support a Senior Property Manager across three large residential developments in London.

The Assistant Property Manager will act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for residents, leaseholders, contractors and other stakeholders, helping to ensure enquiries, maintenance matters and ongoing actions are managed efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing residential property experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their leasehold management knowledge and progress towards managing their own portfolio.

  • Support the Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of four residential developments.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for residents, leaseholders, contractors and onsite teams.

  • Respond to property enquiries and ensure issues and actions are followed through to resolution.

  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with contractors and service providers.

  • Assist with site inspections and monitor actions arising from visits.

  • Support service charge administration, budgets and property reporting.

  • Maintain accurate property, compliance and contractor records.

  • Assist with Section 20 consultations, insurance matters and major works where required.

  • Liaise closely with the Senior Property Manager on operational, resident and client matters.

  • Good understanding of residential leasehold management.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confident dealing directly with residents, leaseholders and contractors.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several developments and competing priorities.

  • Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and proactive approach to learning property management systems.

  • Knowledge of service charges, Section 20 and residential compliance would be advantageous.
