We are working with an established residential property management company seeking a professional and service-focused Night Concierge to join the onsite team at a luxury residential development in London.
This is a full-time night position working a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
The Night Concierge will provide a discreet and highly attentive service to residents and guests while helping maintain the safety, security and presentation of the development throughout the night.
This role would suit someone with experience in luxury residential, five-star hospitality, concierge or security who is confident working independently and delivering exceptional service in a premium environment.
Provide a professional and welcoming presence for residents, guests and visitors throughout the night.
Assist residents with enquiries, requests and access requirements while maintaining a high standard of service.
Monitor CCTV, access control and building security procedures.
Carry out regular checks of communal areas and report maintenance, safety or security concerns.
Manage visitor, contractor and delivery access in accordance with development procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate incident reports, visitor records and shift handover information.
Liaise with daytime concierge, security, maintenance and management teams to ensure effective communication.
Maintain a discreet and professional approach when dealing with residents and confidential matters.
Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality, concierge, security or a similar customer-facing environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, discreet and well-presented manner.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
Strong situational awareness and ability to respond calmly to unexpected situations.
Experience using CCTV, access control or building management systems is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable using email, concierge systems and basic computer software.
Previous experience working within a high-end residential development is highly desirable.
