We are working with an established residential property management company seeking a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join the onsite team at a high-quality residential development in Manchester.
This is a full-time night position working a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
The Night Concierge will provide a welcoming and attentive service to residents throughout the night while helping maintain the safety, security and smooth operation of the development.
This role would suit someone with experience in residential property, hospitality, security or customer service who is comfortable working independently and responding calmly to resident requests or unexpected situations.
Provide a professional and welcoming presence for residents, guests and visitors throughout the night.
Assist residents with general enquiries, requests and access requirements.
Monitor CCTV, access control systems and building security procedures.
Carry out regular checks of communal areas and report maintenance, safety or security concerns.
Manage overnight deliveries, contractor access and visitor entry in accordance with building procedures.
Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms and emergency situations, escalating matters where required.
Maintain accurate incident reports, visitor records and shift handover notes.
Liaise with the wider concierge, property management, security and maintenance teams to ensure effective handovers.
Maintain a professional, calm and discreet approach when dealing with residents and sensitive situations.
Previous experience in concierge, residential property, hospitality, security or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
Good situational awareness and ability to respond calmly to incidents.
Experience using CCTV, access control or incident reporting systems is advantageous.
Professional, approachable and reliable manner.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable using email, computer systems and basic front desk software.
Previous experience working night shifts or within a residential development is highly desirable.
