We are working with an established residential property management company seeking a professional and personable Residential Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a luxury residential development in Central London.
The Residential Concierge will be one of the first points of contact for residents, guests and visitors, providing a welcoming and highly attentive service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.
This role would suit someone with a strong hospitality or residential background who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with residents.
Welcome residents, guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Provide a consistently high standard of front-of-house and resident service.
Assist residents with general enquiries, requests, bookings and local information.
Manage deliveries, parcels, collections and contractor access in line with development procedures.
Maintain a professional and well-presented reception and lobby environment.
Liaise with the Estate Manager, maintenance teams and contractors regarding resident or building matters.
Support the management of resident amenities and bookings where applicable.
Record and communicate maintenance issues, resident requests and relevant shift information.
Follow building security, access control and emergency procedures.
Act as an ambassador for the development and maintain a discreet, professional approach at all times.
Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality, concierge or a similar customer-facing environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional, approachable and well-presented manner.
Confident communicating with residents, guests, contractors and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with resident requests or unexpected situations.
Comfortable using email, concierge systems and other basic computer software.
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
Experience working within a luxury residential development is highly desirable.
