We are working with an established residential property management company seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential buildings across Brighton, Hove and the surrounding area.

The Senior Property Manager will take responsibility for the operational, financial and statutory management of their portfolio, acting as a trusted point of contact for freeholders, RMC and RTM directors, leaseholders and residents.

This role would suit an experienced block management professional with strong leasehold knowledge, confident client-facing skills and the ability to independently manage developments while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and developments across Brighton, Hove and the surrounding area.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for freeholders, RMC and RTM directors, leaseholders and residents.

  • Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and monitor expenditure throughout the year.

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and regular site inspections.

  • Manage Section 20 consultations, major works and longer-term maintenance projects.

  • Ensure developments remain compliant with relevant health & safety, fire safety and statutory requirements.

  • Interpret leases and provide guidance on responsibilities, covenants and property management matters.

  • Attend and lead client, board and residents' meetings where required.

  • Support and mentor junior members of the property management team.

  • 5+ years of experience within residential block or leasehold property management.

  • ATPI/MTPI qualification required.

  • Strong understanding of residential leasehold legislation and lease interpretation.

  • Experience preparing and managing service charge budgets.

  • Good working knowledge of Section 20 consultations and major works.

  • Experience managing RMC, RTM and freeholder client relationships.

  • Good knowledge of health & safety, fire safety and residential property compliance.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to manage a portfolio independently and prioritise competing demands.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to regular site visits across the portfolio.
